SEND is an umbrella phrase used to categorise all manner of things, from ADHD to ASD to physical disabilities and beyond.
Honestly shocked that none of you have heard that acronym.

In their defense, my mum was her school’s SENCO for 25 years and my sister is a Doctor of Educational Psychology (having been a SENCO for over a decade before doing her PHD) and I had to Google it. Maybe I ought to listen more.

Joe had heard a story about himself in some situation which ‘eternally offended’ a friend of mine.
But it hadn’t eternally offended him. He kind of didn’t even notice too much. The shit talkers blew it all up without either person who was involved (Joe and this mate of mine) doing a thing.
That stuff happens. But I got to give respect Joe as he came up to myself and also the other guy involved (separately) and wanted to apologise and explain his side.
That’s pretty fucking cool of him. He didn’t need to do that.
