I turned it on the see Mark Williams nail that double to win it.
A final where I didn’t mind who was going to win.
Will they still show Silence Of The Lambs after? Great Sunday nignt viewing.

“Grateful to be able to give something back” hahaha. I love Ronnie but no better (or worse) than the LIV golfers.
Gone for Judd at 4/1 and Mark Williams at 14/1. Wife has the Jester at 9/1.
Ronnie is 2/1…in a 32 player tournament.
Kept seeing a guy I recognised at the local snooker club, just milling about. It clicked yesterday. Dave Gilbert! Seems he part owns it now. It had been taken over and revamped after covid.
He’s 66/1 which is a great value bet. Could definitely go deep.
Might go for Gary Wilson too as an outside bet. So many options.
That was an intense ‘where’s the cue ball going?’
Absoutely gutted.
Mark threw in some incredible pots in the last few frames too.
This Pang Milkins match is pretty bad ha. Crucible nerves
Final frame decider

Never forget.
Snooker is dying sadly in the UK. In the league I played in there are very few players below 30. Lots of teams have packed up and we’re left with 2 divisions, whereas there used to be 4 or 5. There are still some good young players coming through in the UK but fewer for sure. There will continue to be good Chinese players coming through.
I suppose we’ll never know for sure but you might be right. Personally I just really enjoyed it.

It sounds very much like this decision has already been made.
Yeah, but none of it would make a shite’s worth of difference unless they also waved hundreds of millions of pounds under Barry Hearn’s nose. I can’t help wondering if all the complaints about the venue from Ronnie et al are mostly orchestrated to justify the move.
I see both sides but if he doesn’t do something like move it out there then it’d probably get into a LIV golf situation. Things seem to be really changing in almost all professional sport now and it’s starting to feel inevitable.
Part of the reason for the venue being so good is that it’s not huge. It’s a unique venue. It’s not about packing out the venue to the rafters with punters.
Money will speak though, especially to the likes of Barry Hearn and the venue will move. Sad times.
Judd in full exhibition mode is a sight to behold.
Full length swerve. Red smashed in. Outragous.
They keep mentioning it but it does seem like these pockets are ridiculously tight, been painful watching at times really. Why isn’t there just a set of measurements so they’re always the same?
They’re cut to templates so they’re always the same. These templates are very tight compared to club tables.
