‘’ The documentary has access to Hawk and never-before-seen footage and interviews with major sport figures like Stacy Peralta, Rodney Mullen, Mike McGill, Lance Mountain, Steve Caballero, Neil Blender, Andy MacDonald, Duane Peters, Sean Mortimer and Christian Hosoi.’’

Definitely looking forward to hearing DP’s ‘thoughts’ on the subject

yeah buzzing cos it made me aware i completely missed season 2 coming out last year, nearly finished third season now

Constantly annoyed by the differences in difficulty between Marcus and Monica’s skills tests.

Hers are a joke.

Twas the Fight Before Christmas on Apple TV is worth a watch. Documentary about the escalating conflict over decorations between a Christmas-obsessed sociopathic lawyer and his neighbours. Incredible scenes.

Watched Struggle on Netflix last night. Good documentary, don’t want to say more than that

Yes! I have always said this. Needs to be the same for everyone surely? I don’t think it has any baring on the elimination though.

@tomgnargore 20 fucking minutes to make a chicken kofta having to debone and mince the chicken first? Utter bollocks. I bet Monica took 30 mins minimum. You’d spend about 2 or 3 minutes having to wash your hands.

Oh, I’ll have to check this out.

This is one of my favourite things to happen locally for me: EDL humiliated as Walthamstow takes to the streets to stop them - Socialist Worker

The whole deal was actually quite funny at the time. The town came together and the EDL/Nazi lot just didn’t stand a chance. It really showed just how pathetic that bunch are…and how outnumbered.

EDIT: ‘Favourite Thing’ is the wrong term. I just mean it was amazing to see people pull together for the right reasons and kick those fuckers out of town.

I’m watching Get Back.

Ennit. Whilst Marcus’ challenge was a prawn omelette! It’s a waste of 30 mins really.

Imagine going to work and one of your coworkers’ missus is just there next to him the whole time, not saying anything, just sat there. At least it distracts from the fact your other coworker has two Buddhists sat in the corner praying.
Yes this is about the Beatles doc.

Just finished part one. There was one bit where Yoko’s just wailing into the mic :man_shrugging:

If you liked that then you will love this:

After they were married John left Yoko for May Pang for over a year, then got back with Yoko, no-one ever mentions this… so even John didn’t like Yoko at times!

You haven’t put a case forward, haha…

The ‘If I say it, it must be true case?’

I don’t mean to hate on Yoko at all. I think she’s amazing. That bit on the Rock ‘n Roll Circus is totally far out and way beyond what the rest of them were doing.

I thought people had got over the hackneyed ‘Yoko broke up the Beatles’ cliché.

Yoko was doing Fluxus while Macca was churning out Obla-di.

I’m absolutely loving the Beatles thing. I love the pace and detail of it all, and their chemistry that endures despite all the bullshit.
