I’ll get PS5 as I have a library on PS4. Might get both eventually though, both have good exclusives
I think both PS5 versions are identical apart from the disk drive but the digital Xbox is less powerful, hence the bigger difference in price. I’ll probably get a PS5 since my PS4 is dying and I also have a fairly decent PC so there’s probably not a lot that I’ll miss by not having an Xbox.

Probably more to do with familiarity since buying the first one.
I’d usually ended up with both, except for the last one when I’ve only had a PS4. Xbox 360 was great, though, they nailed the online stuff far better than Sony.
I was gonna go over to PS but then crossplay came in. I only play sports games and Warzone so I think it will be a case of what ever is the smaller unit for me. No need for a disc drive unless you can play ps1/2/xbox360 respectively then i may have a re think

I think there is some backwards compatibility with the PS5 but each iteration has had such claims made in the run up to launch.
Anyone here play Tetris 99 on switch? It’s fucking amazing. Battle royale tetris, who’d have thought it.
I’ve placed 5th a few times. Usually place top 30 or worse. Annoyingly the Mrs is loads better than I am.

175 games in and 5th is also my highest score.
Its brutal near the end so I normally try and play with the sound off.
Been loving mario 35, got first a couple of times on that.
I haven’t committed to the online subs I need but love Tetris and still play the DS version quite a lot.
Could be tempted.
Well worth getting the Nintendo Online sub for Tetris and Mario alone but also get access to a load of old NES/SNES games for free too. Paid for the year upfront and think it worked out at like under £2 a month

I got a year free with a physical copy of Tetris. Turns out if you just sign up for online you also get Tetris for free, for cheaper. Or something.
